Rates

(Non-Contract, Net/30)

Hourly rates are accumulated from the first day of each month.

Standard Service

Hours 0 to 20..................... 125.00 per employee/hour

Hours 20+.......................... 100.00 per employee/hour

In the event that your standard service appointment must be rescheduled due to an emergency service call, you will be credited $50.

Emergency Service

Hours 0 to 20..................... 150.00 per employee/hour

Hours 20+.......................... 125.00 per employee/hour

Non-Priority Service for Home and Non-Profit Organizations

Flat Rate ............................ 75.00 per employee/hour

With 5+ Standard/Emergency Hours.............................. 50.00 per employee/hour ¹

Non-Priority Service is scheduled on an “as available” basis and may occasionally be rescheduled to meet the needs of standard and emergency service clients.

¹ For clients with five (5) or more hours of standard or emergency service during the previous or current month, the rate for Non-Priority home service is $50.00 per hour, and this extends to all members of your staff.

Important Notes

Rates shown are for labor only, and do not include expenses (metered parking, supplies, etc.).
All service is in one hour increments, rounded up.
For established clients, we do not charge for time spent on minor support issues which can be resolved via telephone or email.
For service in Miami-Dade County, we do not charge for travel expenses.
For service to Monroe and Broward Counties we charge $75 per hour for travel; further distances will require contracted service.
